Do we offer payment plans?

 

We can offer payment plans on higher value items. No goods will be released until full payment has been received. A deposit of at least 25% is required. Terms of plan can only be arranged in store. 

 

Do you sell snake racks and plastic enclosures?

 

We don't carry these items as general stock, but we can order them in from one of our suppliers. 

 

Do we post animals?

 

We are able to send animals anywhere in the UK via one of our trusted reptile couriers. 

 

Will I get any after sales care?

 

We always try to give full support to anyone purchasing a reptile from us, especially new keepers.

We always recommend Medivets in Canvey Island. They have two excellent exotics vets who we have always found to be excellent.
